While sculpted acetate built our reputation, metal has always resonated through our archives. The spark came from a personal piece of Joël's: an old pair of glacier glasses with an ultra-functional design. Its signature details? XXL knurled screws — designed to be unscrewed by hand without tools to replace a lens mid-climb — and a double bridge with a raw, striking architecture.

Built around this singular mechanism, the IRON capsule collection brings together four exclusive models forged in the Jura. True to our roots, the temple tips are dressed in upcycled acetates from our workshops: the perfect link between our heritage and this new energy.

At LESCA Lunetier, our quest for excellence goes beyond the frame. We attach paramount importance to our mineral lenses in exclusive colors, designed to perfect our frames.

Just as we hunt for upcycled acetate, we relentlessly seek out the lens colors that inspire us. Our quest led us to the Fukui valley in Japan, the cradle of eyewear craftsmanship. 

There, talented glassmakers, far from mass industry, make our lenses. Some are available in a flat polarized version for a refined style and optimal comfort.
